Cancel a purchase

• You have 14 calendar days to cancel a purchase from the date you received the item. After notifying us the item must be returned within 14 calendar days.
• You can notify us via the cancellation form attached to the order confirmation e-mail you have received or you can let us know via e-mail service@neonate.no.

Return item(s)

• Only items that have been purchased directly from Neonate.no, can be returned to Neonate. Neonate products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs € 7/DKK 59,-/SEK 59,- which will be subtracted from the refund. 
• When we receive the item and make sure it is in new condition, we refund through the same method of payment used in the original purchase. If item or packaging is somehow damaged we have the right to give a partial refund, depending on the damages.

• If you want to make a complaint about a product then contact us via e-mail service@neonate.no. Do not send us anything before we have diagnosed the problem.
